Shipping and Tracking Your Swarovski Order

Depending on the value of your order and shipping destination, you may select UPS or FED Ex for your method of shipping.

Our delivery requirements are based on the value of  your order:

Domestic Shipping Guidelines (shipping within continental USA):

• Orders < $700 are eligible for FedEx Air Service.

• Orders < $1000 are eligible for UPS Ground Service.

• Orders $1000+ will be delivered within 2 business days of shipping date.
  (This may be using a 2-day service or Ground Service, depending on your location).

International Shipping Guidelines:

• Canadian Orders < $500 are eligible for UPS Ground Service.

• Orders $500+ must use an Air Service.

• Orders < $2500 are eligible for FedEx Service.

International Orders - Reminder about Customs:

• Customs, duties, and brokerage fees (if applicable) are additional and must be paid by the buyer. We cannot quote or estimate these fees.

• We do not undervalue merchandise for the buyer to evade customs due.

• If a recipient refuses to pay the customs, all fees associated from the cost of the return will be deducted from any refund that may be due.  Refusal to pay customs results in a cancelled order, hence the deposit is non-refundable.

UPS Shipping Rates:

• $15: UPS Ground on orders < $1000

• $45: UPS 2nd day on orders < $1500

• $85: UPS 2nd day on orders $1500+

• $50: UPS Standard Overnight on orders < $1000

• $65: UPS Standard Overnight on orders $1000 - $1499

• $125: UPS Standard Overnight on orders $1500+

• All international orders: custom quote based on items in the order and final destination.

Rates above are for domestic orders (shipping within continental USA). If you have provided us with your email address, you will receive your tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Fed Ex Rates:

• $29: FedEx Express (3-day) on orders < $300

• $37: FedEx Express (3-day) on orders $300-$700

• $43: FedEx 2-day on orders < $700

• $60: FedEx Overnight on orders < $700

• All international orders < $2500: custom quote based on items in the order and final destination.

• AVOID Additional Shipping Charges!

Domestic orders (shipping within continental USA): If your order exceeds $700, and you want FedEx service, your order must be split into shipments which are less than $700 each.  This is for insurance reasons.

International orders: If your order exceeds $2500,  FedEx service is not an option.
