Q: What is "Normal Processing Time" shown in the first row on the category screens?
A: Normal Processing Time is the approximate number of business days it takes for us to get the piece of Swarovski from the seller and inspect it.  If you need items quickly, buy items with Normal Processing Time of 2-3 days.

Q:How do I view my Shopping Cart?

Q: I have items in my Shopping Cart.  How do I "Checkout"?

Q: Why does it take so long to process an order?
A: We do not have stock / inventory. All the items in our listings belong to sellers and are in the possession of the sellers.  Once you place an order, we must contact the seller(s) to have them send the Swarovski Crystal item(s) for our inspection. Once your entire order passes our inspection, we can then process your credit card and ship. The process gets delayed when items fail the inspection (due to damage not revealed by the seller) and we have to re-order from different sellers.

Q: Can I track my Swarovski Crystal order?
A: Yes! You may Contact Us if you want to know the status of the order before it ships. Please keep in mind the normal processing times at the top of this page. Once we have shipped your order, UPS or FedEx will email you the tracking number. You may then visit Shipping and Tracking of My Swarovski Order page for travel and delivery information.

Q: What fees are involved with buying Swarovski Crystal from your site?
A: THERE ARE NO FEES. Prices on our web site include our commission and the inspection. (Ohio residents must pay 7.5% sales tax.)  However, you should keep the following in mind with respect to delivery charges...

  • If you have an International Address, shipping/insurance is always additional and requires a custom quotation. Recipients must also pay customs/duties/taxes assessed during shipping.

Q: What kind of Swarovski Crystal Discount do you offer?
A: We have no discount program set up. We believe our prices are the MOST COMPETITIVE available. Compare our prices to our competitors!  You should find that we are the lowest in many cases.

Q: Can I you locate a rare Swarovski figurine for me?
A: We can definitely place your name on a wait-list for it, and try to locate one. This generally takes time, a long time. While there is no guarentee of success, there are also no fees for this service.

Q: Can Swarovki collectors purchase current / newly released Swarovski at discount prices from Crystal Exchange America ?
A: Good question. We are not an authorized Swarovski retailer, or even a gray market dealer. We are a Swarovski secondary market specialist / broker. The majority of our listings are discontinued Swarovski, SCS member pieces, and limited edition Swarovski . While we do have current items available, it is because people have crystal that they want or need to sell (due to inheritance, finances, divorce, etc).
